One will probably need this information when he/she has received a ticket from the manufacturing facility or service request from our clients (e.g HANA reporting that there is a breakdown on one of their handlers)

Step-by-step guide

  1. The Project Manager needs to identify the type of issue (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, tuning, service request) to assign it to the right person.
  2. Create the issue in Jira under the appropriate category.
  3. Set the correct priority and severity levels to ensure timely resolution and delivery of the project outputs.
  4. Link the issue to the correct project (Parent Link) and model to ensure that it's easily referenced by the assignee and relevant stakeholders should they need additional information.
  5. Tag the R&D team and relevant colleagues to gather their insights for the best possible solution.
  6. Tag other pertinent stakeholders, including the project sponsor, senior project managers, product managers, supervisors, and engineers.
  7. Follow up to ensure the issue is resolved within the designated timeframe.
