Step-by-step guide
- The Project Manager needs to identify the type of issue (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, tuning, service request) to assign it to the right person.
- Create the issue in Jira under the appropriate category.
- Set the correct priority and severity levels to ensure timely resolution and delivery of the project outputs.
- Link the issue to the correct project (Parent Link) and model to ensure that it's easily referenced by the assignee and relevant stakeholders should they need additional information.
- Tag the R&D team and relevant colleagues to gather their insights for the best possible solution.
- Tag other pertinent stakeholders, including the project sponsor, senior project managers, product managers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Follow up to ensure the issue is resolved within the designated timeframe.
